Cassiopeia is a prominent asterism of the northern hemisphere and is visible year-round for those viewing her from latitudes above 34˚N.  In Greek mythology, Cassiopeia was the mother of Andromeda who boasted about her physical beauty.   The constellation (which depicts Cassiopeia on the throne) is easily recognizable for its "W" shape––formed by its five brightest stars.

Each high-gloss canvas print is hand-embellished by the artist––creating a striking "texture" on the finished piece.
